The White Isle, your holiday, my cuisine
Fully booked restaurants, dinner at 10pm Spanish style, exhausted children after the beach... What if you enjoyed your terrace with the sunset view instead? I cook in your villa throughout your stay — from the family-friendly north of San Juan to the secret coves of the west.
Ibiza with family is the dream. But in high season, restaurants are fully booked, dinner starts at 10pm Spanish style, and after a day exploring the calas... nobody wants to go out again. Your sunset-facing terrace deserves better than an improvised charcuterie board.
In July-August, Ibiza's best tables are fully booked weeks in advance. Es Torrent, La Paloma, Can Domo... Without early booking, it's a lottery. And available restaurants are often crowded and noisy.
In Ibiza, restaurants close between 5pm and 8pm, then service resumes for dinner at 9-10pm. With children aged 4 and 7 falling asleep at the table? Mission impossible. And let's not even mention the waiting times...
After Cala Salada in the morning, poolside afternoon and sunset at Benirrás... Who still has the energy to get ready, drive and wait at a restaurant? Certainly not the children. And probably not you either.
You're paying for a magnificent finca with a fully equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace and Es Vedrà views. Why not make the most of it for memorable dinners under the stars, instead of chasing restaurants?
Picture this: you return from Cala Salada at sunset, the children jump in the pool, and a delicious smell of grilled fish wafts from the kitchen. Your only task? Choose the wine and enjoy the terrace.
Fresh fruits from Mercat Nou, ensaimadas (local pastries), scrambled eggs with Ibiza herbs. Everything is ready when you wake up — take your time, the holiday begins.
Exclusive Package ✓Head to Cala Xarraca, Benirrás or the turquoise waters of Cala Vadella. Meanwhile, I shop at the Santa Eulalia or Ibiza Town market and prepare your lunch.
Galician-style octopus salad, chilled Andalusian gazpacho, sea bream ceviche... Fresh, light dishes, perfect before a poolside siesta.
Prestige & Exclusive Packages ✓Pool, nap in the shade of pine trees, reading on the terrace... You enjoy your finca while I prepare dinner. Children play, parents unwind.
Chef in the kitchen ✓No need to wait until 10pm like at restaurants! French cuisine elevated by local Ibicenco products: catch of the day, huerta vegetables, sobrasada amuse-bouche... Served on your terrace facing the sunset. Hierbas Ibicencas digestif to finish.
Service & tasting ✓Choose the service level that suits your holiday
Minimum stay: 4 days • Chef accommodation: extra charge or service room
Request a personalised quoteThe island is small (21 miles x 12 miles) — everywhere is accessible within 30-40 minutes maximum. I travel anywhere, but I have a particular fondness for the north: that authentic Ibiza, far from the clubs, where French and Belgian families come seeking tranquility.
The island's best-kept secret. White villages, pristine beaches like Benirrás with its sunset drummers, bohemian atmosphere. The Sant Joan Sunday market is a must.
Traditional fincas with whitewashed walls, umbrella pines, character villages. Santa Gertrudis has become the HQ of trendy families with its boutiques and restaurants like La Paloma or Aubergine.
The island's most beautiful calas (Cala Salada, Cala Comte, Cala Bassa) and those famous sunsets that make Ibiza legendary. Es Vedrà views from certain villas. Perfect for dinners facing the setting sun.
Santa Eulalia, the island's second town, with its excellent covered market (Calle del Sol), long sandy beaches and family-friendly atmosphere. Ideal with young children — calm, shallow waters.
Fresh fish from Mercat Nou, locally caught seafood, organic vegetables from the Ibicencan huerta, Balearic olive oil... The markets of Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town are full of treasures that I elevate with my French cuisine. Not forgetting sobrasada and Hierbas Ibicencas for the digestif!
In Ibiza, the best evenings happen at home. An aperitif by the pool, dinner under the stars with Es Vedrà views, children playing freely... Ibiza's famous sunsets are even more beautiful from your private terrace.
No more Spanish hours! You dine at 7:30pm to put the children to bed early? Perfect. You prefer 9pm after aperitifs? Also fine. That's the luxury of having your own chef: service adapts to your rhythm, not the other way around.
Buttered pasta for the children at 7pm, then lobster for the parents at 9pm? No problem. Allergies, diets, fussy eaters? I handle it. Every family member eats what they like, when they want.
I'm Adam Brunet, French chef. Since 2018, I've been travelling to my clients' villas and chalets to offer them a hassle-free gourmet experience.
My journey has taken me from Cannes to the Alps, via Australia and Asia. This diversity nourishes my cooking: French at heart, but open to influences and local produce.
"Traditional French cuisine revisited with local treasures. I love working with beautiful produce simply, varying textures, surprising without disconcerting. Authentic flavours with my personal touch."

What my clients say about their experience
"After 3 summers struggling with restaurant reservations and 10pm dinners with children asleep on their chairs, we finally understood. Adam transformed our holiday. Coming back from the beach to find dinner ready on the terrace, with the sunset as a bonus... That's real luxury."
"We were 12 (3 families) in a large finca near Santa Gertrudis. Organising meals for everyone would have been a nightmare. Adam handled everyone's tastes, my daughter's allergies, different schedules... Impeccable from day one to the last."
"Adam's revisited bullit de peix... I've never eaten so well as on holiday! And what joy to dine at 8pm with the children instead of waiting until 10pm in a packed restaurant. We're booking him again next year, that's settled."
My packages range from €400/day (Essential, dinner only) to €650/day (Exclusive, all meals). Travel expenses and chef accommodation are extra, detailed in the personalised quote.
4 days minimum for Ibiza. Most of my clients book for 7 days (a full week's holiday). For stays of 10+ days, I offer tiered pricing.
Yes, it's even my favourite area! Northern Ibiza is perfect for families: quieter, more authentic, far from the clubs. The fincas there are often magnificent with large gardens. I also work in Santa Gertrudis, Santa Eulalia, and across the whole island — it's small, everything is accessible within 30-40 minutes.
Mainly at Mercat Nou in Ibiza Town (fish, meat, fruit/vegetables) and at Santa Eulalia market. I also know local producers for organic products and Ibicencan specialities (sobrasada, cheeses, olive oil). Shopping is at your expense with a transparent tracking sheet. Budget approximately €50-70/person/day for quality produce.
Absolutely! It's my speciality. Unlike Spanish restaurants serving at 10pm, I adapt to YOUR schedule. Children's dinner at 7pm then parents' meal at 9pm? Perfect. Special menu for the little ones (yes, even homemade nuggets if that's what they want)? No problem. Allergies and intolerances? 100% managed.
For Ibiza, I favour complete stays (minimum 4 days) as the travel isn't worthwhile for a single evening. However, if you're in a villa for 2 weeks and want a chef only for a birthday or celebration, we can discuss it.
Ideally in a service room at your finca (many large villas in Ibiza have them — it's traditional in Ibicencan houses). Otherwise, I book accommodation nearby, invoiced separately. Either way, I'm discreet and autonomous: you'll only see me in the kitchen and during service.
Yes! For large tables (12-20 people), I can bring support staff (commis chef, server). It's common for family reunions or groups of friends renting a large finca. We discuss it together to adapt the organisation.
