I prepare a complete breakfast while you wake up peacefully. Pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, freshly squeezed juice... everything is ready when you come down. You enjoy without lifting a finger.
While you head to the beach or on an excursion, I go shopping. Local markets, producers, fishmonger... I select the best fresh products for your day's meals.
I begin preparing lunch. Slow cooking, marinades, sauces... Everything is orchestrated so the meal is ready at your desired time. The kitchen comes alive while you relax.
Lunch served at the table with care. I remain available to discuss the dishes, adjust portions, suggest wine... A convivial and stress-free moment. Then I clean everything during your nap.
Homemade cookies, cake, fresh fruit... A delicious snack by the pool or on the terrace. Perfect for children and sweet tooths!
I prepare your gastronomic dinner. Appetizers, starter, main course, cheese, dessert... A complete culinary experience while you enjoy the aperitif.

Rates valid for 2 to 15 people. Additional charge for larger groups.
I maintain detailed tracking of food purchases with an up-to-date document available at any time.
Chef's transportation (plane/train/car) and accommodation at your expense. Exception: accommodation not charged on Arcachon Bay.
Wines and alcoholic beverages not included. I can handle this on request with pairing advice.
Minimum 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during high season (summer, holidays).
50% deposit upon booking, balance at the end of stay.
Discretion is an integral part of my service. I am with you in your privacy and can sign a confidentiality agreement if needed.

Everything you need to know about the Villa Chef service
The minimum stay is 4 days. For shorter stays (1-2 days), I recommend the Private Chef service.
Essential Package (€400/day): Lunch + Dinner
Prestige Package (€450/day): Lunch + Snack + Dinner
Exclusive Package (€600/day): Breakfast + Lunch + Snack + Dinner
All menus are adapted to your daily desires and preferences.

The service includes: all your meals according to the chosen package, daily grocery shopping with fresh local products, meal preparation, service, and complete kitchen cleaning after each meal.
The package rate only covers my chef service. NOT included:
• My transportation (plane/train/car) to reach your villa
• My on-site accommodation (service room in the villa or nearby lodging) - Exception: accommodation not charged on Arcachon Bay
• Alcoholic beverages (wines, champagne, etc.) - I can handle this on request with recommendations
These additional costs are to be budgeted on top of the daily rate.
Discretion is an integral part of my service. I am with you in your privacy during your stay, and I understand the importance of respecting your private life. If you wish, I can sign a confidentiality agreement to guarantee the protection of your personal information and your stay.
Absolutely! I personalize menus according to your food preferences, allergies, intolerances and specific diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Everything is discussed beforehand.
Depending on the villa's configuration and your preferences, I can either sleep on-site (if a service room is available) or stay nearby and come daily to prepare meals. We discuss this arrangement during booking.
Yes, total flexibility! Times adapt to your activities: excursions, beach, visits, pool relaxation. Just let me know and I'll adjust meal preparation accordingly.
