What's the difference between a cocktail luncheon and reception?

The cocktail luncheon is held at lunch only and offers 9 savory and 3 sweet pieces at €60/person. The cocktail reception is served in the evening with the same number of pieces but more elaborate service with chef present for 3h at €70/person.

How many pieces are served per person?

Each package offers 12 different pieces served twice per guest, totaling 24 pieces per person (9 savory + 3 sweet). This ensures sufficient variety and allows your guests to taste all dishes.

In which areas do you operate?

I primarily operate in the Arcachon Bay, Bordeaux, Cap Ferret and throughout Gironde. I can also travel to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for larger events. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your location.

What's the booking lead time?

I recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to guarantee my availability. However, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on my schedule. Contact me at 06 38 65 29 10 to check my availability.

Do you accommodate allergies and special diets?

Absolutely! I can adapt all my menus to food allergies, intolerances (gluten, lactose), and specific diets (vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher). Inform me when requesting a quote and I'll create a menu perfectly adapted to your needs.

Are service and tableware included?

Yes! The cocktail luncheon includes service or buffet. The cocktail reception includes my presence for 3h, professional service, porcelain tableware and glassware, as well as buffet setup and decoration. Complete cleanup is also included.

Do you offer culinary workshops during the cocktail?

Yes! Culinary workshops are available as an option for both packages. It's an excellent way to animate your event and allow your guests to participate in creating certain dishes. Contact me for more details on this service.
