As a chalet chef in the Alps, I adapt to your rhythm and your needs. Whether you stay in Courchevel, Méribel, Val d'Isère, Megève, Chamonix or any other Alpine resort, I travel to your rental chalet for the duration of your stay.
My philosophy? Healthy and balanced cuisine that adapts to your physical activity. Light meals when you wish, Savoyard specialties for the mountain experience, and always fresh quality products. You eat when you're hungry, what you want, without excess.
From 3-4 days minimum to several weeks, fully enjoy your ski days while I take care of your meals. Energetic breakfast before the slopes if you wish, adapted lunch, snack if needed, and convivial dinner to end the day. Everything is flexible according to your desires and your appetite.

I take care of all shopping before your arrival and during your stay. Fresh local products, Savoyard specialties, and quality products carefully selected.
Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner... according to the chosen package. Menu adapted daily: light, balanced, gourmet or Savoyard specialties according to your appetite and your desires of the moment.
I personally select the best local products, mountain cheeses, artisan charcuterie and seasonal ingredients to guarantee you impeccable quality.
Table service, careful presentation of each dish, convivial atmosphere. I remain discreet while being available to discuss the cuisine and your preferences.
Kitchen, dishes, tidying... everything is impeccable after each meal. You just have to enjoy your stay and your loved ones.
Discretion is an integral part of my service. I share your privacy during your stay and I sign a confidentiality agreement if needed to guarantee your peace of mind.

4 days minimum. Full week stays allow you to fully enjoy the experience.
Rates valid for 2 to 15 people. Beyond, supplement depending on group.
I maintain detailed tracking of food purchases with an updated document available at any time.
Transportation (plane/train/car) and chef accommodation at your expense. To be planned in addition to the rate.
Wines and spirits not included. I can take care of it on request with pairing advice.
Minimum 4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (school holidays).
50% deposit at booking, balance at end of stay.
I guarantee that you will be delighted by my Chef cuisine or I will refund you 100%.

I handle all the shopping! I select the best local products, Savoyard cheeses, artisan charcuterie and fresh ingredients. I maintain detailed tracking of all purchases with an updated document you can consult anytime during your stay.
The package rate covers only my chef services. Additional costs are not included:
• Grocery shopping (detailed tracking provided)
• My transportation (plane, train or car)
• My car rental on site if necessary
• My accommodation (room at chalet or separate lodging)
I manage these expenses and we discuss them together during booking to plan everything properly.
I cook for groups of 2 to 15 people. For larger groups, it is possible depending on the chalet configuration and available equipment. Contact me to discuss.
Beverages (wines, champagne, spirits) are generally not included in the base rate, but I can manage them if you wish. I gladly advise on food and wine pairings and can handle procurement.
Yes, the chalet must have a functional kitchen with basic equipment (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, utensils). If needed, I can bring additional equipment for specific preparations.
Absolutely! Allergies, intolerances, vegetarian diets, gluten-free... I adapt to all dietary restrictions. Just let me know during booking.
Absolutely. Discretion is an integral part of my service. I share your privacy during your stay and I understand the importance of confidentiality. If you wish, I can sign a confidentiality agreement before the service begins to guarantee your complete peace of mind.
I recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for school holidays and peak season periods (Christmas, February). For more flexibility, contact me as early as possible.
